Azeer Units: one operating balance for everything you use

Instead of pricing every channel and service separately, Azeer Units give you one flexible balance that is used as you need it across conversations, messages, AI, and calls.

What's not part of Azeer Units

Validity and consumption-order details

Included units renew monthly with no rollover. Annual subscriptions grant the full year of units upfront to cover seasonality. Top-up units are valid 12 months. Consumption order: included first, then promotional, then purchased.
