Preamble

Subscription to Azeer Platform services via the website or application constitutes an agreement to the following terms and conditions:

Section One: Usage Policy

1. Terms of Use

The Services provided by Azeer Platform under these Terms of Use include various products, features, and tools designed to assist you in creating and managing your e-commerce business (the “Service”). Any new features or tools added to the current Service shall also be subject to these same terms. You may review the terms at any time via this link. Azeer Platform reserves the right to update and amend the Terms of Use by posting updates and changes on its website or application. The Client is advised to visit the website periodically to review any updates that may affect their use. Subscription activation commences immediately upon the Client’s payment of the Azeer package subscription fees. The Client may not claim a refund or cancel the subscription after payment, except in the specific cases outlined later in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. You must read, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before becoming an official user of Azeer. You must also read the Terms and Conditions concerning the use of Facebook services and Meta’s Corporate WhatsApp Business services. Should Meta, the parent company of Facebook and WhatsApp, change its policies, terms, and conditions, or terminate the Client’s account, Azeer Platform and any service provider affiliated with Azeer shall bear no legal liability. The specific terms are as follows:

Terms of Using WhatsApp and Facebook via Azeer Platform:

  • The Client agrees to comply with the terms of use for the WhatsApp API interface provided through Azeer Platform and Meta (owner of Facebook and WhatsApp) in accordance with Appendices 1 and 2. The Client commits to adhering to the terms, conditions, and policies enforced by Meta Business Solutions and complying with their continuous updates. The Client will be contacted if any prohibited activities occur, and Azeer Platform reserves the sole right to suspend such activities if they conflict with Meta’s guidelines. The Client has the freedom to choose whether to operate directly under Meta’s umbrella or under Azeer Platform’s umbrella through the Azeer Platform page account on Meta.
  • The Client must not provide false or misleading information during the WhatsApp verification process and must carefully review the WhatsApp Terms of Use. Any attempt to claim and verify a business the Client is not authorized to represent, or to circumvent Azeer Platform’s verification review systems, may result in Meta restricting the Client’s verification activities, removing the business verification status, or taking further action against the account.
  • In the event that WhatsApp suspends or terminates the Client’s account without any connection or relation to Azeer Platform, this shall not affect the Client’s subscription on Azeer Platform, and the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of the subscription amount paid to Ratwa Company.

 

Azeer Platform Wallet: Azeer Platform enables clients to recharge their WhatsApp wallet in US Dollars. The WhatsApp pricing model applies to the conversations initiated by the Client and varies by country or region. WhatsApp applies globally unified pricing, and Azeer Platform bills the Client at the official rates detailed on the conversation pricing mechanism link via Azeer Platform, as well as the country-specific pricing on WhatsApp’s official website link.

By subscribing to Azeer Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the Platform and its affiliated services. If you have any questions regarding these User Terms, the practices of this system, or your dealings with the system, you may contact us via info@azeer.com, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

1.1 General Provisions

You must read, agree to, and accept all terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before becoming a member of Azeer. These guidelines and conditions represent the use of Azeer services, an electronic platform that allows clients to interact with user or consumer requests and manage them (the “Services”). Any person using Azeer, whether a merchant, consumer, or otherwise, is deemed to have accepted and agreed, in full legal capacity, to all articles, clauses, and provisions of these terms. Azeer may take the form of a website, mobile application, or electronic platform, and these terms and conditions become effective immediately upon your agreement and commencement of subscription to Azeer or its affiliated services.

1.2 Definitional Terms

  • “Azeer Platform”: Means Ratwa Information Technology Company and/or its authorized companies and service providers, encompassing all forms of Ratwa Information Technology Company on the web and social media (application or website).
  • “Client”: Any business owner or merchant subscribing to Azeer Platform and its services.
  • “Consumer”: Any consumer purchasing a product or service from the Client via the website established through Azeer.
  • “Terms and Conditions”: The rules, conditions, and provisions governing the use of Azeer Platform, regulating users’ operations.
  • “Service Provider”: The services provided by Azeer Platform to clients via third parties, meaning the mere provision of a connection between the Client and the Service Provider.

1.3 Eligibility for Services

You acknowledge and warrant the following:

  • Your use of Azeer Platform services has never been disabled or restricted at any time.
  • You are not a competitor of Azeer Platform, nor do you offer any product competing with the Services provided by Azeer.
  • You possess full legal capacity to contract and will not be in violation of any law or agreement by doing so.

1.4 Scope of License

Azeer Platform grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to obtain and use its services. The Client agrees to the following:

  • Not to make the Services available, lease, rent, assign, resell, distribute, or sublicense these Services to any third party.
  • Not to modify, truncate, translate, summarize, or create derivative works based on decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise determining or attempting to access the source code or internal design of the Services, multimedia images (photos, audio, video files), data, or other information provided by Azeer Platform or third-party service providers.
  • Not to delete, alter, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notices contained in the Services.
  • Not to intentionally transfer, distribute, or allow the downloading of the Services for use other than as specified herein.

1.5 Intellectual Property Rights

  • Azeer Platform agrees to the intellectual property rights of clients regarding the content they have created via their stores and applications, whether owned by them before or after the establishment of the website or application.
  • The Client agrees to the intellectual property rights of Azeer, which include the Platform, words, logos, and other symbols specific to Azeer Platform services or displayed on the Platform. Azeer Platform, and every right pertaining to it, is protected under intellectual property and trademark laws and is the exclusive property of Azeer Platform, and may not be infringed upon or used without authorization from Azeer Platform management.

1.6 Indemnification

As a general rule, the Client may not request both a refund and compensation simultaneously. The Client agrees that setup and activation fees are non-refundable and not subject to compensation requests. The Client acknowledges that Ratwa Company is not responsible for the Client achieving orders or sales through the use of the Service, and any compensation request related to a lack of sales or orders will be rejected.

  1. By agreeing to these User Terms and using the system or Service, you agree to assume full responsibility for damages arising from or related to the following:
    • a) Your violation or breach of any provision of these User Terms or any applicable law, legislation, or executive regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether referred to herein or not.
    • b) Your infringement of any third-party rights, including service providers.
    • c) Your use or misuse of any of the Services provided by Azeer Platform.
  2. The Client agrees to the following compensation mechanism in the event of harm:
    • a) In the event of a Service interruption due to a reason attributable to Meta (e.g., a Facebook account ban), the Client has no right to request any compensation.
    • b) In the event of a Service interruption due to a reason not attributable to Meta, the Client has the right to request compensation for the duration of the interruption only. Compensation is calculated from the package value after deducting all setup and activation fees.
      • (Illustrative Example: For a semi-annual package [6 months], the package amount is divided by 6, then the result is divided by 30, multiplied by the number of days the Service was interrupted = the “Final Value”. The Client is entitled to compensation equal to the Final Value plus Value Added Tax).

1.7 Legal Liability

  • Information, recommendations, and services (or any part thereof) provided to you on or through the website, application, and Service are for general information purposes only and do not constitute advice. Azeer will, as far as possible, maintain the accuracy and updating of the site, application, and their contents.
  • Azeer Platform bears no liability for any damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the website or application, including damages caused by malware or viruses infecting software generally beyond control, unless such damage is the result of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Azeer.
  • The responsibility for the quality of third-party services linked to Azeer Platform lies with the service provider. Under no circumstances does Azeer Platform bear any liability relating to or arising from the services provided by the Service Provider, nor does it accept responsibility for any acts, actions, conduct, or negligence by service providers. Therefore, any complaints regarding services should be directed to the service provider, including shipping and electronic payment companies.
  • Furthermore, Azeer Platform is not responsible for the suspension of additional service providers, such as a product shipping service covering a specific geographic area, and the Client does not have the right to terminate their subscription to Azeer Platform for this reason or request compensation.
  • Azeer Platform guarantees the security of its services but does not guarantee uninterrupted service from the service provider, and therefore is not responsible for harm inflicted upon the Client.

1.8 Severability

  • The invalidity of any provision of these User Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • If any provision of these User Terms is void or unacceptable under certain circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness, a provision acceptable under the circumstances that corresponds as much as possible to the invalid provision shall apply instead between the parties, taking into account the content and purpose of these User Terms.

1.9 Modification of Services

Azeer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to perform the following at any time:

  • a) Change the Services or any materials associated with them; and/or cease publishing its services.
  • b) Replace the Services with other similar materials.
  • c) Suspend and/or deal with any company providing additional services on its platform.

1.10 Invoicing

All invoices sent to the Client are due for immediate payment, with a maximum grace period of two days for settlement. Otherwise, Ratwa Company will immediately suspend the Service to the Client, even if the subscription is valid, without bearing any liability due to the Client’s failure to pay invoices on time.

1.11 Refund and Cancellation

The Client does not have the right to request cancellation and refund for reasons related to Meta’s requirements or decisions.

First: Cancellation: The User may cancel their account at any time by contacting the support team, customer service, or emailing info@azeer.com, and subsequently following the specific instructions indicated in the email from Azeer Platform. When either party cancels the Services for any of the following reasons:

  • a) Azeer Platform will cease providing Services to the User, who will no longer be able to access their account.
  • b) The User has no right to a refund of any fees in the event of violating the Azeer Platform terms of use or non-compliance with the Corporate WhatsApp Platform terms.
  • c) Any outstanding balance owed to Ratwa Company resulting from your use of the Services up to the date of termination will immediately become fully due, and the User’s website services will be immediately suspended.
  • d) If the Service expiration date arrives and there are unpaid fees by the User, one final invoice will be sent via email. After full payment of the invoice, the User will not be charged again.
  • e) Azeer Platform reserves the full right to modify or terminate the Services or the User’s account for any reason at any time without notice.
  • f) All account data will be deleted upon completion of the account cancellation process, and Azeer Platform assumes no responsibility for storing information after Service cancellation.
  • g) If the Client fails to pay outstanding amounts for 28 days, the Service will be suspended, Client information will be deleted from Azeer Platform storage, and no new invoices will be issued. The Client may reactivate the Service upon request.

Fraud and Deception: Ratwa Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s account upon suspicion of involvement in fraudulent activity regarding Azeer Platform services or any of its clients, and to take any other legal action if necessary.

Second: Refund As a general rule, the Client is not entitled to request a refund and compensation simultaneously. The Client agrees that setup and activation fees are non-refundable and acknowledges that Ratwa Company is not responsible for the Client achieving orders or sales through the use of the Service; any refund request for this reason will be rejected. The calculation of the periods specified for the refund policy begins from the date the subscription value is paid, not from the date the platform is received. The Client agrees that setup and installation fees are non-refundable, and any refund request related to not achieving orders or sales is rejected.

Verification Fees: The Client agrees that verification fees are calculated for submitting the request and not as a guarantee of verification itself. These fees are non-refundable after the request is submitted, even if the request is rejected by “Meta”. The request will be resubmitted again for free without any additional fees.

Refund Steps:

  • a) The Client must be eligible for a refund resulting from the suspension of the Azeer Platform service for a period that caused harm to the Client.
  • b) The Client submits a refund request by communicating with the Customer Service team through dedicated channels.
  • c) The Customer Service team processes the refund request within 3-5 business days. If the Client is not eligible for a refund, the team will inform the Client of the rejection along with the reasons.
  • d) If the Client is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed on the 15th or 30th of each month, whichever is closer.

(Refund and Service Interruption Due to Meta): If the Service is disrupted due to a reason attributable to Meta (e.g., Facebook account ban), the Client is not entitled to request a refund.

(Refund and Service Interruption Due to Ratwa Company): If the Service stops due to a reason attributable to Ratwa Company, the Client is entitled to request a refund for the duration of the stop only. The refund is calculated from the package value after deducting all setup and activation fees. (Illustrative example provided in section 1.6 applies here as well).

(Refund during Promotional Periods): a) The refund period for subscriptions subject to National Day promotional offers is only 24 hours, starting from the time of payment.

(Refunds for Annual and Semi-Annual Subscriptions): a) The Client has the right to request a refund within 7 days from the payment date. A one-month subscription fee plus any other utilized services will be deducted, along with a bank transfer fee (9 Riyals) or any other fees such as payment gateway fees.

(Refunds for Quarterly Subscriptions): a) The Client has the right to request a refund within 3 days from the payment date. A one-month subscription fee plus any other utilized services will be deducted, along with a bank transfer fee (9 Riyals) or any other fees such as payment gateway fees.

(Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions): The Client has the right to request a refund within 3 days from the payment date. The value of other utilized services will be deducted, along with a bank transfer fee (9 Riyals) or any other fees such as payment gateway fees.

(Renewal and Refund): The Client has no right to request a refund in the case of a renewal.

(In Case of Package Change): In the event of upgrading to a higher package and requesting a refund, the Client has the right to a refund of the difference between the packages, provided the grace period is not exceeded. Any previous balance (if the grace period of the previous package was exceeded) is considered a non-refundable balance and automatically rolls over to the lower package, noting that bank transfer fees (9 Riyals) or other payment gateway fees will be deducted.

(Ad Campaigns and SMS Messages): The grace period for a refund is within 7 days from the payment date. The amount is non-refundable if the messages were used during the grace period. Bank transfer fees (9 Riyals) or other payment gateway fees will be deducted.

(Packages): The grace period for a refund is 7 days from the payment date. The amount is non-refundable if a package was purchased during the grace period, and bank transfer fees (9 Riyals) or other payment gateway fees will be deducted.

1.10 Modifications to Service and Prices (Note: Source numbering followed)

  • a) The prices for using the Services are not fixed and are subject to change, provided the User is notified 30 days in advance. This notice can be provided at any time by posting the changes on the Azeer Platform link or via an announcement in the Site/Application.
  • b) Azeer Platform reserves the right to modify, at any time and from time to time, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • c) Azeer Platform shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

1.11 Modification of Service and User Terms (Note: Source numbering followed)

Azeer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these User Terms, or to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or Application (including, but not limited to, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending a notice to the Client through the Service, Application, or via email. Azeer may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts of the Service or the entire Service without notice or liability.

Section Two: Privacy Policy

2.1 Security

The Client bears sole responsibility for the privacy of the Services and is individually responsible for their use by any other person using their account and/or username, password, or access credentials. The Client agrees to notify Azeer Platform if they become aware of any loss, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use of any password, username, IP address, or other methods of accessing the Services. Azeer Platform undertakes to follow all possible avenues to prevent or stop harm.

2.2 Dealings with Third Parties

During the use of the website, application, and Service, links to websites owned and controlled by third parties may occasionally be provided (for example, without limitation, tax authority portals, payment companies, or third-party companies). These links take the Client outside the Site, Application, and Service, noting that these sites have independent terms and conditions as well as an independent privacy policy, and fall outside Azeer Platform’s control. Please note that these other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or request personal information. Therefore, we recommend verifying the terms of use and privacy rules on those sites before using them.

2.3 Account Terms

  • You must be 16 years of age or older, or have reached the age of majority according to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction from which you use the Service.
  • You must register with Azeer Platform to use and benefit from the Service by providing your full legal name as it appears on official documents, current address, mobile number, a valid email address, and any other required information as indicated on the registration form. Azeer Platform reserves the right to reject any account creation request and the right to cancel any account at any time for valid cause according to the powers granted to it.
  • Azeer Platform reserves the right to use the email address as the primary means of communication with all clients.
  • The User is responsible for keeping their password secure. Azeer Platform is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from forgetting or failing to maintain the security of the account and password.
  • The User is responsible for all activities and content, such as data, graphics, images, and links, uploaded under their Azeer Platform account (“Business Content”). No computer viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature should be transmitted.
  • A breach or violation of any term in the Terms of Use, as outlined in the powers granted to Azeer Platform, will result in the immediate termination of the User’s services and a claim for compensation.

2.4 Account Activation

  • The person benefiting from the Service is the contracting party (Account Owner) subject to the Terms of Use, and is the only person authorized to manage any other account we may provide to them.
  • If you subscribe to the Service on behalf of an employer, the employer is the Account Owner, and you are authorized by them; accordingly, the terms apply to both the employer and the person authorized to manage the account.

2.5 Payment

  • Azeer Platform undertakes to provide the prices of Services in advance before and after subscription, and it is the User’s responsibility to be aware of the current prices of the Services provided.
  • As a Client, you must pay for the Services via bank transfers or credit cards and authorize the card issuer to pay immediately upon provision of the Service. As a user, you are responsible for paying all fees on time and acknowledge that you have reviewed the cancellation and refund policy, except in certain previously mentioned cases within Azeer Platform.
  • Invoices are paid via bank transfer to the following bank account based on the price agreed upon with the Client. The details are as follows:

2.6 Pledges and Guarantees

Azeer Platform acknowledges that it shall be responsible for the following:

  • a) Technical support and repairing malfunctions and problems that may occur as quickly as possible.
  • b) Periodic maintenance of the “Azeer Platform” system.
  • c) Managing the server hardware infrastructure and services provided by a third party.
  • d) Committing to taking all measures and making every effort to ensure the functioning of third-party services linked to “Azeer Platform”.

The “Client” acknowledges and warrants that they will:

  • a) Comply with all laws and regulations applicable inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • b) Provide accurate and truthful information to “Azeer Platform” and update it periodically regarding their business activity.
  • c) Review and comply with any notices sent through “Azeer Platform” regarding their use of the Services provided.
  • d) Not duplicate, sublicense, issue, publish, transfer, distribute, perform, display, sell, or reclassify “Azeer Platform” services, nor commercially exploit the Service, except as permitted under this contract.
  • e) Not use the information, content, or any data accessed or obtained through “Azeer Platform” services for any purpose other than the commercial use stipulated in this contract, and will use the system and Service exclusively for their own purposes and will not sell it to any third party (including, but not limited to, providing any service to any other person).
  • f) Use the Service or Application for lawful purposes only, and not use the Services to damage, harm, harass, or infringe upon others’ property or for any illegal purpose.
  • g) Not obstruct the proper operation of the “Azeer Platform” system.
  • h) Not attempt to harm the Service or Application in any way.
  • i) Not copy or distribute the system or other content without obtaining prior written permission from “Azeer Platform”.
  • j) Be responsible for all login information to their account, such as usernames or passwords.
  • k) Provide all evidence proving their identity to “Azeer Platform”.

2.7 Information Confidentiality

Azeer Platform implements high-quality security standards to protect all user data and prevent access to information unless the person is authorized to access it. Furthermore, Azeer Platform has no control over third-party services linked to it, such as shipping companies, electronic payment gateways, or software libraries on the site or application, noting that all these services have independent terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Appendix 2

Corporate WhatsApp and Azeer Platform Checklist: Before activating the Corporate WhatsApp (WhatsApp Business API) account via Azeer Platform, we ensured the Client is aware of the following points. Please note that some of these requirements are unified globally by WhatsApp and apply to all companies using Corporate WhatsApp regardless of the service provider, and WhatsApp may enable or update these features in the future.

Activation Timeframe:

  • Collecting necessary documents to verify the Facebook Business Manager (FBAM) account and uploading them takes about 3 business days, after which the account enters a review process by Facebook Management, which may take more than 30 days.
  • WhatsApp’s approval process for the WhatsApp display profile and sending the OTP takes 5 to 10 business days (if the display profile is rejected, the process takes additional time).

Requirements Related to Corporate WhatsApp “API”:

  • It does not support adding WhatsApp statuses available on the regular WhatsApp application.
  • Messages cannot be deleted after sending.
  • You cannot select a specific message and reply to it individually as happens in personal WhatsApp.
  • The Corporate WhatsApp number cannot be added to WhatsApp groups.
  • The company is not allowed to block its customers via Corporate WhatsApp, but customers can block the company.
  • You can receive voice messages from your customers, but to send voice messages via direct audio recording (like WhatsApp Business), you must use the Azeer Platform mobile application.
  • Initiating a conversation with a customer after 24 hours have passed since their last message will require sending a “Template Message” pre-approved by WhatsApp. Please note that an unlimited number of these messages can be applied for easily via Azeer Platform.
  • “Template Messages” may take from several minutes up to 48 hours to be reviewed and approved by WhatsApp.
  • Before starting to use the Service, the Second Party pledges that upon using or accessing any of WhatsApp services directly or indirectly, they agree to the globally unified WhatsApp Terms of Service available at the link.

Transferring Corporate WhatsApp Account to Another Service Provider: According to WhatsApp updates from August 2021, companies can easily transfer their Corporate WhatsApp accounts from one service provider to another within approximately a week. A link explaining the steps is attached: [Link]

Conditions for Reverting the Number to a Regular WhatsApp Business Account:

  • Completely delete the WhatsApp account on Azeer Platform.
  • Subsequently, the number will be canceled and reverted to regular WhatsApp Business.

Notes Related to Azeer Platform:

  • The platform is in English, but there is an explanation of settings and platform options in Arabic.
  • There is an application for Azeer Platform on the Apple Store and Google Play, but accessing administrative settings requires logging in from a computer.
  • The platform provides reports on employees and clients, and work is underway to launch a specialized application for statistics and reports.

Customer Service Notes:

  • There is a dedicated WhatsApp number for customer service explicitly for clients contracted with Azeer Platform (920031550), and you can contact us via email at info@azeer.com.
  • It is crucial for the company to be aware of the level of technical support available from the Azeer Platform team, depending on the subscribed package.
  • Twilio provides an account manager to help each client maximize the platform’s benefits.

Ban Clause

Disclaimer Regarding Number Bans by Meta: This Platform is certified by “Meta” and is compliant with its applicable technical and commercial requirements and policies. It does not provide any violating services that could lead to user bans, strictly adheres to all standards approved by “Meta”, and is subject to continuous updates that occur to these policies as determined by “Meta” from time to time. Any ban that occurs will be a result of usage and not because of the Platform. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider is not liable in any way for any action taken by “Meta”, including banning the number associated with the Service, whether temporarily or permanently, and for whatever reason, including—but not limited to—the nature of the commercial activity, using message templates in a manner inconsistent with “Meta” policies, or violating its Terms of Use or e-commerce policies. The Client also expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Service Provider offers no guarantee or protection against number bans by “Meta”, nor does it guarantee the continued activation of the number on “Meta” platforms. In the event of a ban, we will cooperate with the Client to activate an alternative number provided by the Client, without the Service Provider bearing any obligation to provide the new number or any financial compensation. The Client bears full responsibility for complying with “Meta” policies, which can be reviewed in detail via the following link: [Link] In the event the number is banned, the Service Provider is not obligated to offer any compensation or refund for any paid amounts, and this matter is deemed outside the Service Provider’s scope of responsibility.

Wallet Recharge Clause

  1. Recharge Methods:
  • a. Electronically via the Platform: The system allows the Client to recharge their balance directly through the electronic platform owned by Ratwa Information Technology Company. The balance will be updated in the Client’s account within a maximum period of 30 minutes from the moment the recharge process is completed.
  • b. Via Bank Transfer: The Client can transfer the recharge value to the bank accounts of Ratwa Information Technology Company, according to the banking details provided by the company. After completing the transfer, the Client must notify the support team using one of the following options:
    1. Sending the transfer receipt via the unified customer service number.
    2. Uploading an image of the transfer receipt electronically via the Platform. The Client’s balance is updated during the company’s official working hours, with a maximum of 24 hours from the moment support is notified of the funds’ arrival and the transfer receipt is attached.
  1. Disclaimer of Responsibility for Delays or Disruptions: The Client acknowledges that any delay in updating the balance after the expiration of the aforementioned deadlines, or any partial or total disruption to the Client’s platform resulting from this delay, falls outside the scope of responsibility of Ratwa Information Technology Company, and the Client does not have the right to claim any compensation or a refund for any part of the paid amount based on that.

Non-Refundability of Balance: The recharged balance is non-refundable after the recharge process is completed, whether due to the expiration or cancellation of the subscription, or for any other reason.
